Brandon Warmoth
Many of you may already know Brandon from his 12 years (2007–2018) pouring pints and creating great memories behind the bar at Bullwinkle's Top Hat Bistro right here in Miamisburg. After spending the last 7 years as an inspector at Thaler Defense Systems, he's ready to bring his passion back to hospitality.
A proud Carlisle High School graduate (along with his wife, Brittany), Brandon and his family call Carlisle home. They're raising three wonderful daughters: Larkin (9), Crosley (6), and Rose (3).
Brandon is incredibly motivated and excited to return to serving the amazing community of Miamisburg—and we couldn't be happier to have him leading our team in the historic Peerless Mill building.
Dave Reichert
Originally from New York, Dave was “imported” to Ohio in 1992 (via Virginia) so his wife could be closer to her family in Circleville. He and his wife have two daughters and five grandchildren. In their free time, they enjoy camping and NASCAR.
Dave’s culinary career began in New York as Sous Chef at a 4-star French restaurant in Ithaca. In Virginia, he served as Kitchen Manager and worked in the Regional Test Kitchen for The Ground Round Company. Upon moving to Ohio, he started as Sous Chef at the Holiday Inn Holidome in Miamisburg and has been proudly serving the Miami Valley ever since.
His impressive resume includes helping open J. Alexander’s, Tumbleweed, and Krazy City at the Tri-County Mall. He also spent time with Applebee’s and enjoyed a 10-year run at Bullwinkle’s Top Hat Bistro. After a brief stint with Kroger, Dave is thrilled to be back in the hospitality industry where he belongs—doing what he loves most: creating great food and watching guests enjoy life.
