We offer three rooms for private events: The Mill Room, the Heritage Room, and the Peerless Room. Each space varies in capacity and offers a unique ambiance. Detailed descriptions are provided below.

To reserve a room, we require a non-refundable $100 room rental fee and a bar minimum.*
Heritage Room
$350.00 for the first 2 hours
$100.00 for each additional hour
Mill Room
$275.00 for the first 2 hours

$200.00 for the first 2 hours

* The "Bar Minimum" refers to the total purchases made by you and your guests during the event. You may choose between an "open bar" or "cash bar" setup, depending on your preference.
Any purchases made at the bar on the day of the event, such as soda, merchandise, gift cards, etc.
We recommend making additional "to-go" purchases, such as bottles of wine, growlers of beer, or gift cards. If you choose not to do so, the remaining balance will be applied as a "Bar Minimum Adjustment."
Yes. As we do not provide catering, but you are welcome to bring your own food or hire a caterer of your choice.
You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages, such as soda, bottled water, and similar drinks. Please note that outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Yes. Since you are requiring the public to vacate or remain out of the room, this time is considered part of your private rental. However, we do offer a clean-up amenity. If you choose this option, you do not need to include clean-up time in your room rental inquiry.
We have a large parking lot with space for 65 cars, and additional street parking.
Yes, specifically the use of birdseed / rice / confetti / glitter (or the like), burning candles, and the use of fog machines are a few things that are prohibited. For more detail please reference our sample "Event Space Rental Agreement" section 6 "Space Usage."
