# Brown [English Brown Ale - ABV: 5.1% - IBU: 23]  

Brewed in honor of Dayton’s Hash House Harriers, a self-proclaimed “Drinking Club with a Running Problem”.  This beer combines caramel and roasted malts with English hops for a light bodied ale.  Look for a sweet, toasty character, notes of toffee, and just a hint of roast.

Malts: Maris Otter, Caramel 40, Victory, Special Roast, Pale Chocolate

Hops: East Kent Golding

Alaskian Sunrise [American IPA - ABV: 6.5% - IBU: 70]  

This West Coast IPA features a biscuity malt base with Sultana and Lotus hops. Aromas and flavors of pineapple, pine, citrus, cherry and a touch of vanilla will dazzle the senses 

Malts: American Pale, Biscuit, Caramel 20 

Hops: Lotus, Sultana

Batch 500 [Imperial Stout - ABV: 15.1% - IBU: 39]  

This is the biggest beer we've ever brewed, clocking in at over 15% ABV. This Imperial stout has a big malt backbone, and tons of flavor. Notes of caramel, sweet pastries, and chocolate are the star here, It's big, boozy, and thick!! It's a sipping beer and will definitely pack a punch. 

Malts: American Pale, Caramel 80, Flaked Oats, Debittered Black, Roasted Barley, Chocolate 

Hops: Challenger

BFQ [Belgian Quadrupel - ABV: 11.4% - IBU: 23]  

Named for 2 teams from the Miamisburg South Stars youth soccer league.  It’s a style we’ve been asked to brew for years.  Malt forward and very high in alcohol, this Belgian style beer traces its roots back to the Trappist Monks of Germany and Belgium.  Flavors including stone fruit, caramel, toffee, and black pepper are common in this style.

Malts: Pilsner, Munich, Caramel 120, Melanoidin, Aromatic, Special B, Chocolate, Dextrose

Hops: Brewer's Gold

Building 26 Ale [Biere De Garde - ABV: 6.3% - IBU: 30]  

This Biere de Garde, French for “Beer that has been aged” is quickly becoming a favorite. It combines European malts and German Noble hops in a dry, malt forward ale. Noble hops provide a floral, spicy character that compliments the German and Belgian malts in a beer that finishes clean and dry. 

Malts: Pilsner, Amber, Aromatic, Caravienna, Munich 

Hops: Northern Brewer, Hersbrucker

Da Ba Dee Da Ba Di [Blueberry Wheat - ABV: 5.3% - IBU: 28]  

For all you fruit beer lovers out there, here's something playful. As Eiffel 65 would say, I'm Blue... you know the rest. This beer is an American Pale Ale was uses German Huell Melon hops. These unique hops impart a flavor of under ripe strawberry, honeydew melon, and spearmint. The beer then fermented on a huge dose of blueberries, giving it a bright purple hue and mauve, creamy head.

Dubbel Trubbel [Spiced Belgian Dubbel - ABV: 7.5% - IBU: 21]  

Belgian Dubbel brewed with molasses and cinnamon. This beer was brewed in collaboration with long time supporters of the brewery, Dave and Becky Curran, Mike McCaffrey, and Julie Klehamer

Fit For a Queen [Barrel Aged Braggot - ABV: 10.9% - IBU: 26]  

We brewed this beer with assistance and honey from Queesnsright Cabin Apiary. Notes of caramel, brown bread, and honey.  The distinctive tartness comes from the barrel we've aged it in for the past year.  We added honey to the beer from the day it went to the barrel to the week before we bottled it, allowing it to develop its own unique flavor.

Happy Apples [Hard Cide (Apple Pie) - ABV: 5.0% - IBU: 0]  

A customer favorite infusion now on tap!! This cider is a much sweeter version of our base cider, plus we've added the traditional pie spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.

Hole's Station [British Golden Ale - ABV: 4.5% - IBU: 38]  

A soft bready, yet slightly sweet malt profile using Vienna and pale malt. Showcasing East Kent Golden hops, floral and slightly fruity, with good but not overpowering bitterness. Named after the original Miamisburg settlement "Hole's Station" founded by Zachariah Hole. Who's family was from Virginia, and ancestors came from England. 

Malts: Maris Otter, Vienna, Flaked Maize 

Hops: East Kent Golding

Ice 'Burg [Spiced Ale - ABV: 4.7% - IBU: 25]  

Our Christmas Ale was designed to be Christmas in a glass.  Rich caramel malts and cascade hops are reminiscent of the sweet and citrusy flavors of the holiday season with the added spiciness of fresh ginger and cinnamon.

Legend Red [Irish Red Ale - ABV: 5.5% - IBU: 23]  

Named for one of our first members, John “The Legend” Lowe, our red ale is a blend of caramel malts and biscuit malt to provide a complex malty and bready character, while being balanced with floral English hops.

Malts: Maris Otter, Caramel 60,Caramel 120, Biscuit, Roasted Barley

Hops: East Kent Golding

Old Mill [Oatmeal Stout - ABV: 5.8% - IBU: 23]  

Our award winning oatmeal stout is one of our very first beers tapped, and has put Star City on the map. Combining a huge amount of flaked oats with roasted barley, chocolate malt, and black patent malt and a touch of caramel malts, this silky stout leaves you craving sip after sip. 

Malts: American Pale, Flaked Oats, Caramel 80, Caramel 120, Black, Chocolate, Roasted Barley 

Hops: East Kent Golding

Twisted Mill [Coffee Stout - ABV: 5.8% - IBU: 23]  

What happens when you combine our Old Mill Stout with Miamisburg’s own Twisted River Coffee? You get this coffee forward stout that will leave you coming back for pint after pint. Dan Clayton, owner of Twisted River, custom roasts and blends a light roast caramel coffee for us. 2 gallons of cold press coffee is directly added to each batch. Coffee lovers and stout lovers alike will enjoy this beer. Huge coffee flavor, with a hint of vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, and a gentle roasty backbone.

Watson Water [West Coast IPA - ABV: 6.4% - IBU: 59]  

The first in our new series of beers named after the ghosts of Star City Brewing.  This classic West Coast IPA brings us back to the early days of American IPA.  A sturdy malt backbone with a subtle grainy sweetness gives way to big citrus notes and a hint of pine
